Priorities Linda's priorities for San Leandro include: * Quality of life issues: childcare, available healthcare, affordable housing, jobs, neighborhood vitality, green space, recreation opportunities, senior needs, libraries * Economic development and jobs * Fixing infrastructure and transportation * Improve public safety, police and fire to deal with increasing crime and emergency responsiveness * Work closely with both school districts. Upcoming District 2 issues I have been involved in: * Bayfair Center expansion * Bayfair BART Transit-Oriented Development Plan * Bayfair BART Safety Plan * City of San Leandro Senior Center * 9th Grade SLHS Campus * Art Education Center * Affordable housing * I-580 Soundwalls * San Leandro Hospital's future |
